Part II:Project 'Wrapped Up' Update - BMW E36 M3 Vinyl Wrap

The season is coming to a close, the number of events taking place are starting to fade as the colder weather starts moving in. This frees up some time to look back at some highlights from this season and post some pictures and content that was put on the back burner. I figured this was a good time to provide an update on my vinyl wrap project.

I'll start off with a picture from the maxbimmer.com spring meet, the car was still sporting my old wheels while I waited for the new ones to arrive.

After the first post describing the process, the car has undergone a few other changes. Some expected and some not so expected.

At this point the vinyl was still looking fresh, but fast forward only a month after and things started to change. This next picture shows my track setup. Squared 245s in 17'' D-Force LTWs. You can see here the color starting to change.

My wheels finally came towards the end of June, vinyl kept changing (fading), this is what it looked like at night with my new setup, Work Meister S1 3pc in 18x9s all around.

Driveway shot showing the color during daylight, some say a little peachy....

Canada Day night shot with some friends...

After a while many say it started to look like the new e92 M3 GTS orange. 5mm spacers in the rear and slightly lower up front polished off the stance I was going for...

Then one day in mid September I got bored and this happened...

Taken again at a local bmw meet...

I'm hoping to get some fall pictures before the fall colors go away. Thanks for checking out this update, let me know what you think or if you have any questions in the comments below!
